In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (3 8 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby approves the proposal of the Chennai Port Trust for inclusion of the rate of the crane charges for handling pine-wood in its Scale of Rates as in the Order appended hereto
