In exercise ofthe powers conferredby Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act 1963 (38 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby approves the proposal ofthe New Manglore Port Trust for an extension of the validity ofthe revised rates of levy applicable to the services of its Registered Cargo Handling Workers Wing as in the Order appended hereto.
