In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) read with sub-section (6) of the said section,the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Surendra Motilal Patel as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of Kandla Port Trust upto 31-3-2002 and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India

नई दिल्ली, 17 जनवरी , 2002

New Delhi , the 17th January, 2002 सा.का.नि. 38( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार , महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उक्त धारा की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्‌द्वारा श्री सुरेन्द्र मोतीलाल पटेल को कांडला पत्तन न्यास केन्यासी मंडल में 31-3-2002 तक न्यासी नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 24 मई, 2000 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 489(अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।

In exercise of powers conferredby sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) read with sub-section (6 ) ofthe said section, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Surendra Motilal Patel as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of KandlaPort Trust upto 31-3-2002 and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 489 (E) dated 24th May, 2000,

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 16 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

2. In the said notification , Serial No. 16 and the entry relating thereto shall be substituted by the following , namely:-
