सा.का.नि. 39( अ ).- खुदा बख्श ओरिएंटल सार्वजनिक पुस्तकालय अधिनियम, 1969 ( 1969 का 43 वां) की धारा -5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( घ ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्र सरकार ने इस विभाग की दिनांक 27-12-2001 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के जरिए खुदा बख्श ओरिएंटल सार्वजनिक पुस्तकालय बोर्ड के सदस्यों के नाम अधिसूचित किए हैं । श्रीमती कल्पना दास गुप्ता तथा डॉ. डब्ल्यू. एच. सिद्दिकी के संबंध में क्रम संख्या-3 और 4 पर की गई प्रविष्टियों के सामने " राज्य सरकार के मनोनीत सदस्य " शब्दों को " केन्द्र सरकार के मनोनीत सदस्य" पढ़ा जाए ।

G.S.R. 39 (E) .-In pursuance of Clause (d) of Sub Section( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library Act, 1969 (43 of 1969 ), the Central Govern- ment has notified the names of the members of the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library Board vide this Department's notification of even number dated 27-12-2001. The words " Nominee of the State Government" against entries at S1 . No -3 and 4 in respect of Smt Kalpana Das Gupta andDr. W H Siddiqui may be read as " Nominee of the Central Government "
