सा.का.नि. 40( अ).-अभिहित प्राधिकारी , ने आयात के मामले में भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग -1, खंड 1 , तारीख 1 अक्तूबर, 2001 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना द्वारा , कोरिया आर. पी. तथा जर्मनीमें उत्पादित या वहां से निर्यात किए गए एक्रीलोनाईट्राईल बूटाडीन रबड़ ( एनबीआर ) के आयात पर भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 91/2001-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 7 सितम्बर, 2001 [ सा.का.नि. 649 ( अ) तारीख 7 सितम्बर, 2001 ] द्वारा लगाये गए पाटनरोधी शुल्क की निर्णायक समीक्षा प्रारंभ की है तथा ऐसी समीक्षा के परिणाम लंबित रहते पाटनरोधी शुल्क की समय सीमा बढ़ाने का अनुरोध किया है;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहधाम , उस पर प्रतिपाटित शुल्क का निर्धारण और संग्रहण तथा क्षति का अवधारण ) नियम , 1995 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित उक्त सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा १ क की उपधारा ( 1 ) , ( 5 ) और (6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 91/2001- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 7 सितम्बर, 2001 [ सा.का.नि. 649 ( अ ) तारीख 7 सितम्बर, 2001 ] का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैराग्राफ 2 में, शब्दों और अंकों " 30 जनवरी, 2002" के स्थान पर शब्द एवं अंक " 30 जुलाई , 2002 " रखे जायेंगे ।

G.S.R. 40 (E). Whereas the designated authority vide notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I , Section 1 , dated the 1st day of October , 2001 , has initiated review in the matter of continuation of anti -dumping duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) originating in , orexported from , Korea RP and Germany, imposed vide notifi- cation of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 91 /2001 - Customs , dated the 7th September, 2001 [G.S.R. 649 ( E) , dated the 7th September , 2001 ] and has requested for suitable extension of Anti -dumping duty, pending the results of the review investigations ,
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-sections (1 ) , (5) and (6) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975 ) , read with rule 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection ofAnti -dump- ing Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rulos , 1995 , the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 91 / 2001-Customs , dated the 7th September , 2001 namely:-
Inthe said notification , in the paragraph 2, for the words, figures and letters "the 30th day of January, 2002 " , the words , figures and letters " the 30th day of July , 2002" shall be substituted .
