का.आ. 83 (अ) .-दुग्ध तथा दुग्ध उत्पाद आदेश, 1992 के पैराग्राफ 13 के उप-पैराग्राफ ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा राज्य सरकार के निम्नलिखित अधिकारी को नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम तीन में दर्शाए गए उनके संबंधित अधिकार क्षेत्र में पंजीकरण प्राधिकारी के कार्य करने के लिए नामित करती है :-
