फा.सं. 6( 1 ) /95- मालसा. केन्द्रीय प्राधिकरण, राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम, 1995 के नियम 10 के साथ पठित विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 ( 1987 का 39 ) की धारा उक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री गोपाल बल्लभ पट्टनायक को उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति का अध्यक्ष नामनिर्दिष्ट करता है और दिनांक 9-2-2000 की अपनी अधिसूचना का. आ. 115 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या ( 1 ) और उससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियोंके स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रति स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्: --

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd November, 2001 F. No. 6( 1)/95-NALSA. In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987) read with Rule 10 of the National Legal ServicesAuthority Rules, 1995 , the Central Authority hereby nominates Mr. Justice Gopal Ballav Pattanaik , Judge, Supreme Court of India, as Chairman of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and makes the following amend- ments in its Notification S.O. 115 (E ) dt. 9-2-2000 , namely:-
In the said Notification , for the serial number ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substi- tuted, namely:---
