The Commissions notifications dated 4th April, 2001 and 21 st September, 2001, it is hereby directed that the billing of charges on the basis mentioned therein shall continue for a further period of three months beyond 31-12-2001, i.e.up to 31-3-2002 on provisional basis and would be subject to adjustment after final determination of tariff by the Commission.

सं. एल -7/25 ( 2 )/2001 .-के.वि.वि.आ. इस आयोग द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना दिनांक 4 अप्रैल, 2001 तथा 21 सितम्बर, 2001 के क्रम में, एत‌द्वारा यह निदेश दिया जाता है कि व्ययों की बिलिंग , उनमें दिए गए आधार पर इस आयोग द्वारा टैरिफ के अन्तिम निर्धारण के पश्चात् समायोजन किए जाने की शर्त अगले तीन महीनों की अवधि 31-12-2001 के पश्चात् अर्थात् 31-3-2002 तक अन्तरिम आधार परजारी रहेगी ।
