The National Highways Act, 1956 (1956 of 1956) read with rules 3 and 9 of the National Highways (Fees for Use National Highways, Section and Permanent Bridge-Public Funded Projects) Rules, 1997, the Central Government hereby notifies that there shall be levied and paid fees on mechanical vehicles for the use of the Permanent Bridge across Waghadi Nalla on Nagpur-Hyderabad section of National Highways No.7
