VIII ( 6 )/4/सीयूएम/बीबीएसआर-1/99.28970-ए और 28972 - ए तारीख 24 दिसम्बर, 1999 के अधीन निर्यात और आयात नीति के उपबंध के अतिक्रमण के लिए जारी की गई मैमर्म अर्चीन ग्रेनाइट्स लि. , चैन्नई के संबंध में कारण बताओ सूचना के न्यार्यानर्णयन के प्रयोजन के लिए सीमाशुल्क और केन्द्रीय उत्पादशुल्क आयुक्त, भुवनेश्वर -1 नियुक्त करती है ।

G.S.R. 62 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise , Bhubneshwar- II to be the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excisc , Bhubneshwar - 1 for the purpose of adjudication of Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/ s Archean Granites Ltd. , Chennai for violation of provision of the Export and Import Policy issued vide No VIII ( 6 )/4/CUS/BBSR-I/99.28970-A and 28972 -Adated the 24th December , 1999 by the Commissioner ofCustoms and Central Excise , Bhubneshwar- I .
