G.S.R. 76( E) -In the Notification No 50/2001- Customs (N.T. ) dated 4th October, 2001 , published in PartII , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i) of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) , vide G.SR 756(E), dated the 4th October, 2001 , the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections therein , in the following manner सा.का.नि. 76( अ ).-सा.का.नि. 756 (अ) , दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2001 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधरण ) के भाग II, खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( 1 ) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. 50/2001- सीमाशुल्क (गै.है. ) दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2001 में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उसमें निम्नलिखित शुद्धियां, निम्नलिखित ढंग से करती है :-
1. In column 2 , against Serial/ Sub - scrial Nos . 64 181 , 64.182 and 64.183 , the words " All kinds of leather Chappals/ Sandals " shall be read as " All kinds of Children's leather Chappals/Sandals" .
1 क्रम/उपक्रमांक सं. 64.181 ,64.182 और 64.183 के सामने कालम 2 में " सभी किस्म के चमड़े के घप्पल सैंडिल " शब्दोंके स्थान पर " सभी किस्म के बच्चों के चमड़े के चप्पल/सैंडिल " पढ़ा जाएगा ।
2. In column 2 , against Serial/ Sub- scrial Nos . 64.351 , 64.352 and 64.353 , the words "All kinds of children's leather Chappals/Sandals" shall be read as " All kinds of Children's leather Chappal/ Sandal Uppers "
2. क्रम/उपक्रमांक सं. 64.351 , 64.352 और 64.353 के सामने कालम 2 में" सभी किस्म के बच्चों के चमड़े के चप्पल/सैंडिल " शब्दों के स्थान पर " सभी किस्म के बच्चों के चमड़े के चप्पल/सैंडिल अपर " पढ़ा जाएगा ।
