S.O. 159 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-parapraph (I) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals end Fertilizers number S.O. 637(E), dated the September 4, 1997, and in supersession of the ordei of the Government of InUia in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) number 754(E) dated 6th August, 2001, in so far as it relates to Rifampicin, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof sha.II be sold.

2. This price/revised price shall be mado effective within 15 days from the date of this order as required under sub- parapraph (1) olparagraph 14 of Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995. The necessary price-list should also be issued as required under sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 14 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995.
