New Delhi , the 25th January , 2002 का.आ. 160( अ) भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन) नियम, 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार उपर्युक्त नियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए एत‌द्वारा अधोलिखित तालिका के कालम 3 के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित अधिकारी को तालिका के कालम सं. 2 में निर्दिष्ट उससे संबंधित राज्य के लिए चुनाव अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है ।
