G.S.R. 84(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993) the Central Government hereby notifies the establishment of the Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3, Consequent upon establishment of the Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 and in supersession of this Division's Notification No. 18/5/2001-DRT dated 20th April, 2001, the jurisdictions of three Debts Recovery Tribunals set up at Kolkata will be as shown in the Table given below;—
