G.S.R. 87 (E) .--In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenuc ) , No.4/2002 - Central Excise, dated the 30th January, 2002 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (i ) vide G.S R. 69 (E ) dated the 30th January, 2002, at page 5 , namely:-
(i) in line 22, for " Customs " , read " Central Excise" ;
(ii ) in line 23 , for " Customs " , read "Central Excise" .
