New Delhi , the 8th February, 2002 का.आ.179( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन कानपुर कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज लि० , कानपुर द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को रेपसीड/सरसों, उनका तेल एवं खली में अग्रिम संविदा के बारे में 19 अप्रैल , 2002 से 31मार्च, 2004 (दोनों दिन शामिल ) तक की अवधि के लिए मान्यता का नवीकरण करती है ।
S.O.179 (E ) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) , by the Kanpur Commodity Exchange Ltd. , Kanpur and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do , hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act , renewal of recognition to the said Exchange from 19th April , 2002 to 31stMarch, 2004 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Rapeseed/Mustard seed , its oil and oil cake.
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्याधीम दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज ऐसे निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी जो वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाएंगे ।
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
