आर.पी.डी./एन.जेड.ओ./2002.- भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक अधिनियम, 1964 ( 1964 का 18 ) की धारा 37 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बोर्ड, केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक साधारण विनियम , 1994 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:
1. ( 1 ) यह विनियम भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक साधारण विनियम ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 2002 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक साधारण विनियम, 1994 के 2. विनियम 62 के उपविनियम ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित " वार्षिक साधारण सभा" शब्दों को " साधारण सभा " शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai , the 13th February, 2002
Industrial Development Bank of India General Regulations (Amendment) Regulations , 2002 RPD /NZO/ 2002.-In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 37 of the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (18 of 1964) , the Board, with the previous approval of the Central Govern- ment , makes the following further amendment to the Industrial Development Bank of India General Regulations , 1994, namely:
1. (1) This regulation may be called the Industrial De- velopment Bank of India General Regulations (Amendment) Regulations , 2002 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of their pub- lication in the Official Gazette .
2. Inthe Industrial Development Bank of India General Regulations , 1994 in Regulation 62 for the words " annual general meeting " appearing in sub - regulations ( 1 ) and (2) , the words "general mecting " shall be substituted .
