का. आ. 227( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, कोयला खान ( राष्ट्रीयकरण) अधिनियम, 1973 1973 का 26 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( क) के उपखंड ( iii ) की मद ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पचवाड़ा सेंट्रल ब्लॉक से पनेम कोल माइन्स लिमिटेड द्वारा पंजाब राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड के विद्युत संयंत्रों को तापीय विद्युत के उत्पादन के लिए अनन्य आधार पर किए गए कोयले के प्रदाय को, अंतिम उपयोग के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जो इस शर्त के अध्यधीन है कि पंजाब राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड पनेम कोल माइन्स लिमिटेड के मताधिकार साधारण शेयर पूंजी का कम से कम 26 प्रतिशत धारण करता हो ।

New Delhi, the 22nd February , 2002 S.O. 227 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by item (4) of sub - clause ( iii) of clause ( a) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation ) Act , 1973 (26 of 1973 ) the Central Government hereby specifies as an end use the supply of coal from the Pachwara Central Block by the Panem Coal Mines Limited on an exclusive basis to the power plants of Punjab State Electricity Board for generation of thermal power subject to the condition that the Punjab State Electricity Board holds at least 26 per cent of voting equity share capital of the Panem CoalMines Limited .
