New Delhi , the 26th February, 2002 नई दिल्ली, 26 फरवरी , 2002
का.आ. 234( अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, ठेका श्रम (विनियमन और उत्पादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् उक्त धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित ठेका श्रमिकों के लिए उपबंधित कार्य की दशाओं और फायदों तथा अन्य सुसंगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, मेट्रो रेल, कोलकाता के स्थापन में ' पड़ताल सहायक' के कार्य में ठेका श्रम का नियोजन, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रतिषिद्ध करती है ।
S.O. 234 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition ) Act , 1970 (37 of 1970) , the Cen- tral Government , after consultation with the Central Advi- sory Contract Labour Board, and having regard to the con- ditions ofwork and benefits provided for the contract labour and other relevant factors enumerated in Sub- section (2) of the said section 10 , hereby prohibits employment of contract labour in the work of ' Checking Assistant ' in the establishment of the Metro Railways , Kolkata , with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Offi- cialGazette.
