ORDER NewDelhi , the 27th February, 2002 नई दिल्ली, 27 फरवरी, 2002
S. O. 235 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 40 of the Reserve Bank of India , Act 1934 ( 2 of 1934 ) and in supersession of the previous order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofEconomic Affairs) No S. O 140 (E ) , dated 27th February, 1993 , the Central Government hereby directs that on and from the 1st day of March, 2002, the Reserve Bank of India shall ,- का. आ. 235 ( अ ) - भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक अधिमियम ( 1934 का 2 ) की धारा 40 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ) के दिनांक 27 फरवरी, 1993 के गत आदेश संख्या एस.ओ. 140 ( ई ) को प्रतिस्थापित करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार ने एतद्द्वारा यह निर्देश दिया है कि 1 मार्च, 2002 को और उस तिथि से भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक,-
(क) केवल प्रति 100 रुपए के रूप में अभिव्यक्त विनिमय दर पर और ऐसी बाजार दर के ऊपर या नीचे पांच प्रतिशत की सीमा के भीतर अभिभावी बाजार दर के संदर्भ में उस बैंक द्वारा परिकलित विदेशी मुद्रा भुगतानोंको वष्ठहम करने के लिए न्यूयार्क में परिदाय हेतु अमरीकी डालर या फ्रैंकफर्ट में परिदाय हेतु यूरो की बिक्री बम्बई ( मुम्बई ) कलकत्ता ( कोलकाता ) मद्रास ( चेन्नई ) और नई दिल्ली में अपने कार्यालयों तथा अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, हैदराबाद, कानपुर और नागपुर में स्थित अपनी शाखाओं में किसी प्राधिकृत व्यक्ति को कर सकता है ।
(a) sell to any authorised person at its offices in Bombay (Mumbai ), Calcutta (Kolkata ) , Madras ( Chennai ) and NewDelhi and at its branches in Ahmedabad , Bangalore , Hyderabad, Kanpur and Nagpur US dollars for delivery atNew York or Euro for delivery at Frankfurt for meet- ing foreign currency payments only at a rate ofExchange expressed in terms of per Rs 100 and calculated by that Bankwith reference to the prevailing market rate within amargin of five per cent, on either side of such market rate;
(ख) प्रति 100 रुपए के रूप में अभिव्यक्त और ऐसी बाजार दर के ऊपर या मीचे 5 प्रतिशत की सीमा के भीतर अभिभावी बाजार दर के संदर्भ में उस बैंक द्वारा परिकलित विनिमय दर पर न्यूयार्क में परिदाय हेतु अमरीकी डालरों या फ्रैंकफर्ट में परिदाय हेतु यूरो का क्रय बम्बई ( मुम्बई ) कलकत्ता (कोलकाता ) मद्रास ( चेन्नई ) और नई दिल्ली स्थित अपने कार्यालयों और अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, हैदराबाद, कानपुर और नागपुर में स्थित अपनी शाखाओं में किसी प्राधिकृत व्यक्ति से कर सकता है ।
