का. आ. 242 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध अधिनियम, 1999 ( 1999 का 42 ) की धारा 17 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री अनिल कुमार जैन ( भारतीय राजस्वसेवा -1973 ) को, जो संप्रति आय- कर आयुक्त ( अपील ) , दिल्ली के रूप में तैनात है, राजस्व विभाग के प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के सभी जोनों के अंतर्गत आने वाले उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन न्याय निर्णयन प्राधिकारियों के आदेशों के विरुद्ध अपीलों को सुनने के लिए, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से, उनके विद्यमान कर्तव्यों के साथ - साथ विशेष निदेशक ( अपील ) के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S. O. 242 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 17 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shri Anil Kumar Jain (Indian Rev- enue Service 1973 ), presently posted as the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals ) , Delhi , as the Special Director (Appeals) to hear appeals against the orders of the Adjudicating Authorities under the said Act, falling under all the Zones of the Directorate of Enforcement , the Department of Revenue , in addition to his existing duties with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazettc.
