The Central Government, after being satisfied, that for public purpose the lands, the brief description of which are given in the Schedule below, are required for widening of National Highway No.5 from Km. 60.400 to Km. 113.000 (Madras - ishakapatnam Section) in Srikakulam District, in the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands
