NewDelhi, the 28th February, 2002 नईदिल्ली, 28 फरवरी , 2002
S.O. 252 (E) .-Whereas management of Sunder Reservoir Project falling in the Geographical area of the State of Jharkhand was entrusted to the State of Bihar under the provision of Section 63 of Bihar Reorganisation Act , 2000 through a No. SO. 1015 (E) published on 14-11-2000
का.आ. 252( अ ) .- जबिक झारखण्ड राज्य के भौगोलिक क्षेत्र में आने वाली सुंदर जलाशय परियोजना का प्रबंधन दिनांक 14-11-2000 को प्रकाशित सं. का.आ. 1015 ( अ) के माध्यम से बिहार पुनर्गठन अधिनियम , 2000 की धारा 63 के उपबंध के तहत बिहार राज्य को सौंपा गया था ।
And whereas it has now been established that sup- plyofwater to the State of Bihar is not likely to be modified to its disadvantage by reason of the fact that Sunder Reservoir Project, its catchment and other works related to supply of water from this Reservoir to the State of Biharare located in the State of Jharkhand .
और जबकि यष्ट स्थापित किया जा चुका है कि सुंदर जलाशय परियोजना, इसका आवाह क्षेत्र और इस जलाशय से बिहार राज्य को जल की आपूर्ति से संबंधित अन्य संरचनाएं झारखण्ड राज्य में स्थित होने के कारण बिहार राज्य की जल की आपूर्ति को संशोधित नहीं किया जाएगा, जिससे इसको हानि हो ।
And whereas difficulty has arisen in giving effect to the provision of the aforesaid notification due to inclu- sion of the Sunder Reservoir Project in the aforesaid Notification.
और जबकि उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में सुंदर जलाशय परियोजना के शामिल होने के कारण उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना के उपबंध को लागू करने में समस्या आई है ।
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 2 ofthe said Notification , the Central Govern- ment in partial modification of the aforesaid Notification deletes the Sunder Reservoir Project from the Annexure - I of the aforesaid Notifcation .
अब , इसलिए, उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना के खण्ड-2 में दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना के आंशिक संशोधन में सुंदर जलाशय परियोजना को उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना के अनुलग्नक -1 से हटाती है ।
