Whereas the Central Government, after considering the recommendations made to it by the Standing Advisory Committee, had directed by Order S.0.853(E) dated 1st September, 2001, the commodities specified in column 2 of the Schedule of that Order, shall be packed in jute packaging material, for supply or distribution, in such minimum percentage as specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Schedule
