The Indo-Tibctan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992) and in supersession of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Platoon Commander (Stenographer) and Platoon Commander (Office) Recruitment Rules, 1983, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Assistant Commandant (Staff Officer) in the Indo-Tibctan Border Police Force,namely
