In exercise of the powers conferred to clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 30, read with section 30A of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 (54 of 1987) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railway Claims Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice- Chairman and Members) Rules, 1989, namely
