In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby disposes of the representation made by Ms. Seahorse Ship Agencies Pvt. Limited for waiver of ground rent levied by the Kolkata Port Trust for the period of detention of its containers by the Customs as in the Order appended hereto
