In exercise of powers conferred by Section 30 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Board of Directors of Gomti GraminBank Jaunpur after consultation with the Union Bank of India. Being the Sponsor Bank and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations namely
