का.आ. 338(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन विजय व्यापार चेम्बर लि. , मुजफ्फरनगर द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर क्रि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथालोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को गुड़ में अग्रिम संविदा के बारे में 1 अप्रैल, 2002 से 31 मार्च, 2003 तक एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता का नवीकरण करती है ।
S.O. 338 (E ) .- The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952 ) , by the Vijai Beopar Chamber Ltd, Muzaffarnagar and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest to do so, hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange fora further period of one year from 1st April , 2002 to 3 1st March, 2003 in respect of forward contracts in Gur.
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्यधीन दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज ऐसे निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी जो वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर दिए जाएंगे ।
2.The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time , be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
