In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 ofl963)the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby approves the proposal of the New Mangalorc Port Trust for an extension of the validity of the revised rale of levy applicable to the services of its Registered Cargo Handling Workers Wing as in the Order appended hereto.
