In exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 of Ihc Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation)Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2 1 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Central Government hereby amends and notifies the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2002-2007 as contained in Annexure to this notification, which shall come into force from 1st April, 2002.
