का.आ. 374 ( अ ) . राष्ट्रीय तिलहन एवं वनस्पति तेल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1983 ( 1983 का 29 ) की धारा 4( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करती है कि श्री कैलाश जोशी, सांसद, राज्य- सभा, निवास सी -604, स्वर्ण जयन्ती सदन, डॉ. बी. डी. मार्ग, नई दिल्ली1 अधिसूचना की तारीख से राष्ट्रीय तिलहन एवं वनस्पति तेल विकास बोर्ड , गुड़गांव के सदस्य होंगे और इस उद्देश्य से कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग ) की दिनांक 25 जनवरी , 1999 की भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 50 ( अ ), जिसका प्रकाशन भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) भाग II , खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 1 फरवरी , 1999 को हुआ था , में निम्नवत संशोधन करती है, नामत:-
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में प्रविष्टियां और क्रम सं. 4 ग के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएं अर्थात्: -

S.O. 374 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ( 1 ) of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board Act , 1983 ( No. 29 of 1983 ) , the Central Government hereby notifies that Shri Kailash Joshi , Member of Parliament , Rajya Sabha, residing at C - 604 , Swarna Jayanti Sadan , Dr. B.D. Marg , New Delhi - 1 to be a Member of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board , Gurgaon from the date of notification and for that purpose amends the Government of India Notification No. S.O. 50 ( E) dated 25th January, 1999 of Ministry of Agriculture ( Depart- ment ofAgriculture and Cooperation ) published in the Gazette of India ( Extraordinary) Part- II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) dated 1st February , 1999 as follows , namely :-
Inthe said notification, for the entries and Serial Number 4C, the following entries shall be substituted : ---
"4C Shri Kailash Joshi , Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha . "
HisTerm on the Board will be for a period of3 years .
