G.S.R. 245(E)/Ess. Com./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Con- trol) Order, 1 %6 and having regard to the various factors mentioned in sub-clause (1) thereof, and in continuation of Order G S.R. No 867(E)/Ess. Com./Sugarcane tinted Ilie 27th November, 2001 of Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, in Ihe Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 27th November, 2001, the Central Government hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of Ihe Schedule hereto annexed as the minimum price that shall by payable by the owners ofthc vacuum pan process sugar factory specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule or their agents for sugarcane delivered at the gate of the factory or any purchasing centre for Ihe sugar year 2001 -2002 ending the 30th September, 2002 subject to tlie rebates pa> able therefor under clause 3 A of die Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966
