G.S.R.255(E).— In pursuance of Sub-clause (i) of clause(c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of.the Notification of the Govt. of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 114(E) dated 14* February, 2000, the Central Govt. hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed to represent the interests mentioned in Column (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Calcutta.

G.S.R256(E).— In pursuance of provisions of sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surfece Transport (Ports Wing), No. G.S.R. No.ll5(E) dated 14* Feb., 2000, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (3) of the Table below to be appointed to represent each of the interests shown in column4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC, 3(i)] (2) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Calcutta.
