NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th April, 2002
i G.S.R. 272(E).—In pursuance of Sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 118(E) dated 14th February, 2000, fhe Central Govt. hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed to represent the interests mentioned in Column (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Cochin.

G.S.R. 273(E).—In pursuance of provisions of Sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing), No. G.S.R. 119(E) dated 14th February, 2000, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (3) of the Table below to be appointed to represent each of the interests shown in Column (2) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Cochin.
