का. आ. 410 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तमिलनाडु राज्य में (वर्तमान राष्ट्रीय मार्ग को चौड़ा करने तथा सुधार करने के लिए ) राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं 0 45ख पर 67/800 कि.मी. से 124/894 कि.मी. तक (पुराना 394/975 कि.मी. से 446/000 कि.मी. तक) के नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखण्ड के संबंध में, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से अगला आदेश होने तक, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, जिला कलेक्टर का कार्यालय , कलेक्टरी, मदुरै 625020 , तमिलनाडु को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th April, 2002
S.O. 410(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the District Revenue Officer, Office of the District Collector , Collectorate, Madurai- 625020, Tamil Nadu , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of land of the stretch from Km. 67/800 to Km. 124/894 (Old Km . 394/975 to Km. 446/000) on National Highway, No. 45B (for widening and improvement of existing National Highway) in the State of Tamil Nadu, as specified in the Schedule below, till further orders .
