NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th April, 2002
S.O. 415(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Export of 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PAIU II—SEC. 3(ii)] Fresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring) Rules, 199_\ namely:— 1. (1) These rules may be called the-Export of Fresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring) (Amendment) Rules, 2002. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Export of Fresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring) Rules, 19(55, in rale 16.2, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-—
"Provided that a reduced monitoring fee at the rate of 0 075% of F.O.B: vaule of export ofmarinc products for the period from 21-8-95 to 24-10-96 shall be paid by the processor or the exporter to the concerned Agency."
