विषय : यूरोपीय संघ तथा सिंगापुर मूल के अथवा वहां से निर्यातित विटामिन एडी, 500/100 के आयात संबंधी पाटनरोधी जांच अन्तिम जांच परिणाम
सं. 16/1/2001-डीजीएडी. निर्दिष्टि प्राधिकारी , 1995 में यथासंशोधित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1975 और सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम, 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिनांक 18 मार्च , 2002की अधिसूचना सं. 16/ 1 /2001 - डीजीएडी द्वारा अधिसूचित अंतिम जांच परिणामों में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्पष्टीकरण देते हैं :-
अन्तिम जांच परिणामों के उप- पैरा 10.2 में दी गई तालिका के कालम सं. 3 को निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा:-
" शुल्क की राशि" के स्थान पर " राशि " तथा " शून्य " के स्थान पर " लागू नहीं"।

CORRIGENDUM
NewDelhi , the 12th April , 2002
Subject : Anti -Dumping investigation concerning imports of vitamin AD, 500/100 originating in or exported from EuropeanUnion and Singapore-Final Findings .
No. 16/ 1/2001 -DGAD .--The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act. 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff (Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti -Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rulc , 1995 , hereby makes the following clarification in the Final Findings notified vide Notifica- tion No. 16/1 / 2001 -DGAD dated 18th March , 2002 .
Column No. 3 of the table in Sub - para 10.2 of the Final Findings shall read as follows:
"Amount" as against " Amount of Duty " and " N.A. " as against "Nil " .
