S.O. 416 ( E ) .- Whereas the Central Government considers it expedient and necessary to prevent the entry of unauthorised persons into certain places;
का. आ. 416( अ ) यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार, कतिपय स्थानों में अप्राधिकृत व्यक्तियों के प्रवेश को रोकना समीचीन और आवश्यक समझती है ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - clause ( d) of clause ( 8 ) of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act , 1923 ( 19 of 1923 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the place specified in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule given below as the prohibited place for the purposes of the said Act with effect from the date of pub- lication of this notification .
अतः , अब शासकीय गुप्त बात अधिनियम, 1923 ( 1923 का 19) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( 8 ) के उपखण्ड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कालम ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थान को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए निषिद्ध स्थान के रूप में घोषित करती है ।
