G.S.R. 287(E).—In partial modification of this Secretariat Notification No. 7/1 /2001 -ISC dated the 3rd September, 2001, the Prime Minister has nominated Shri A. K. Antony, Chief Minister, Kerala as Member of the Standing Committee of the Inter-State Council in place of Shri Prakash Singh Badal, former Chief Minister of Punjab.
