का.आ. 450( अ) .- नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1979 (1979का पांचवां ) के खंड 19 ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा नारियल विकास बोर्ड, नियम 1981 का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नानुसार निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है अर्थात्: -
S.O. 450 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 ( 1 ) of the Coconut Development Board Act , 1979 ( 5 of 1979 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Coconut Development Board Rules. 1981 , as follows . namely: ---
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का नाम नारियल विकास बोर्ड ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2002 है ।
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Coconut De- velopmentBoard (Amendment ) Rules , 2002.
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
2. नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1981 में , नियम 10 के अधीन, अर्हतांए, अनुभव आदि शीर्य के सामने " सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों " शब्दों के बाद " अन्य संगठन " शब्द जोड़े जाएंगे ।
2. In the Coconut Development Board Rules . 1981 . under rule 10, against the heading qualifications . experi- enceetc. after the words " Public Sector Undertaking " the words "Other organizations " shall be added.

Foot Note : The Principal Rules were published in theGazette of India vide Notification No. GSR 34(E) dated the 28th January, 1981 and subsquently amended vide Notification S.O. 198 (E) dated the 13th February, 2002 .
पाद टिप्पणी:-मूल नियम दिनांक 28 जनवरी , 1981 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 34 (अ) के अनुसार भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए गए थे और दिनांक 13-2-2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 198 ( अ ) के अनुसार इनका संशोधन किया गया ।
