का.आ. 453( अ ). बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम , 1949 (1949 का 10 ) की धारा 45 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत किए गए आवेदन पर विचार करने के पश्चात् और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ( बैंकिंग प्रभाग ) की अधिसूचना का.आ. सं. 90 ( अ ) दिनांक 22 जनवरी , 2002 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा , उन्हीं शर्तों के अध्यधीन, जैसाकि उसमें निर्धारित किया गया है, बनारस स्टेट बैंक लि. के संबंध में अधिस्थगन की अवधि को 21 जुलाई, 2002 तक की और अषधि के लिए बढ़ाती है।

New Delhi , the 19th April , 2002
S.O. 453 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 45 of the Banking RegulationAct, 1949 ( 10 of 1949) , the Central Government, afterconsidering the application made by the Reserve Bank of India under sub - section ( 1 ) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Economic Affairs (Banking Division) No. S.O. 90 (E) dated 22 January, 2002 , hereby extends , subject to the same terms and conditions , as laid down therein, the period of moratorium in respect of the Benares State Bank Ltd. , for a further period upto and in- clusive of the 21 July, 2002.
