का. आ. 456( अ).-1 अप्रैल, 2002 के का.आ. 353 ( अ ) के अंतर्गत प्रकाशित 28 मार्च , 2002 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के लिए एतद्द्वारा शुद्धिपत्र जारी किया जाता है, जिसमें " भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक अधिनियम, 1964 ( 1995 का 5 ) की धारा 4ङ की उपधारा ( 1 ) एवं (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए " शब्दों को हटाया जाता है और " डिबेंचर " शब्द के स्थान पर " बान्ड " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।

S.O. 456 (E ) .- Corrigendum is hereby issued to the notification of even number dated 28th March, 2002 published vide S.O. 353 (E) on April 1 , 2002 wherein the words " In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections (1 ) and (2) of Section 4E of Industrial Develop- ment Bank of India Act, 1964 (5 of 1995 ) " stands omitted and the word "debentures " , gets substituted by the word "bonds".
