का. आ. 468 ( अ ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा उघ की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 873 (अ) , दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की, अनुसूची-1 में,
(1) क्रम संख्या 1 जो तुमकूर ताल्लुक के संबंध में है, के कालम 3 में ; (क) गाँव " (5) कसबा कोरा " में कालम 4 में
(i) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 7 के सामने कालम 6 में प्रविष्टि " 1200 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 1300 " रखी जाएगी ;
(ii) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 9/1 के सामने कालम 6 में प्रविष्टि " 100 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "600 " रखी जाएगी ;
( iii) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 32/1 के सामने कालम 6 में प्रविष्टि " 800 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 1100 " रखी जाएगी ;
(iv) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 56/ 1 ए 1 बी, के सामने कालम 6 में प्रविष्टि ' 2300 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "2000 " रखी जाएगी ।
v) प्रविष्टि "60/2 " और कालम 5,6 और 7 में उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के (
पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् : -

New Delhi , the 29th April , 2002
S.O. 468( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section ( 1 ) of section 3D of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , No. S.O. 873 (E) , dated the 11th September 2001 , namely: -
In the said notification, in the Schedule- I,
(1) in Sl . No. 1 relating to Taluka TUMKUR, in column 3,
(a) in village (5) Kasaba- Kora" in column 4-
(i) against Survey No. 7 , in column 6, for the entry " 1200 " , the entry " 1300" shall be substituted:
