The Central Govt., after being satisfied that for the public purpose the lands, the brief description of which are given in the Schedule below, is required for widening of National Highway No.5 in the stretch from Km. 29/000 to Km. 60/400 (Vishakapatnam -Bhubafieswar Section) in the district of Vizianagram in the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands
