S.O. 476(E).~-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoints the following members to the Copyright Board from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette till the 22nd day of February, 2006 and for the said purpose makes the following amend- ments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of Secondary and Higher Education) number SO. 155 (E), dated the 22nd February, 2001, namely :—

In the said notification,—

(i) for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

"9. Law Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Calcutta, Member";

(ii) after serial number 13 and. the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—

"14. Law Secrctaryto the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Member 15. Law Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai, Member".
