विषय: रूस, चीन और यूक्रेन से एलॉय और गैर- एलॉय स्टील बिलैट्स, बार्स और राउंड्स के कतिपय ग्रेडों के भारत में आयातों से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच के बारे में 31/1/99- डीजीएडी-वर्ष 1995 में यथा संशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 और सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ (पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण और क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिनांक 1 जून, 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या 31/ 1/99 - डीजीएडी के पैरा 41 में दी गई तालिका में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
" मैं . आस्कल इलैक्ट्रोमेटालर्जिकल कम्बिनेट ( ओईएमके) " को" मै. आस्कल इलैक्ट्रोमेटालर्जिकल कम्बिनेट ( ओईएमके ) , विनिर्माता और मै. सैल्जिटर इंटरनेशनल जीएमबीएच , जर्मनी निर्यातक" पढ़ा जायगा ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 2nd May, 2002
Subject : Anti - dumping investigation concerning imports into India of certain grades alloy and non alloy steel billets, bars and rounds from Russia, China and Ukraine- Final Findings , regarding
31/ 1/99 - DGAD . Having regard to the Customs TariffAct, 1975, as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti -dump- ingDuty on dumped ariticles and for Determination of In- jury) Rules , 1995, the following amendments are made in the table given in para 41 of the Notification No. 31/1 /99- DGAD dated 1st June , 2001 , namely :-
"M/sOscol electrometallurgical combinat (OEMK) " shall be read as "M/s Oscol Electrometallurgical Combinat (OEMK) , manufacturer and M/ s Salzgitter International GmbH, Germany, the exporter".
