का. आ. 483 ( अ ) .- खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग नियमावली, 1957 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के साथ पठित खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 61 ) की धारा 9 ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग की बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को एतद्वारा नियुक्त करती है , नामत : -
(क) संयुक्त सचिव , कृषि और ग्रामीण उद्योग मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली ।
(ख) निदेशक प्रभारी, खादी ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, कृषि और ग्रामीण उद्योग मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली ।
(ग ) निदेशक ( एकीकृत वित्त सकन्ध) ,
औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग ,
नई दिल्ली ।

S. O. 483 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3 ) of the Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1956 ( 61 of 1956) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission ( KVIC ) Rules , 1957 . The Central Government hereby nominate the following officer(s ) to attend the meetings of the KVIC , namely:-
(a) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Agro and Rural Industries, NewDelhi .
(b) Director In-charge, KVIC, Ministry ofAgro and Rural Industries, NewDelhi .
(c) Director (Integrated Finance Wing) , Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, NewDelhi .
