सा. का. नि. 328( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए डाक्टरी थर्मामीटर ( गुणता नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 2001 से संबंधित भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण , भाग II, खंड 3 , उपखंड ( i ) तारीख 9 नवम्बर , 2001 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. मा.का.नि. 843 ( अ ) तारीख 9 नवम्बर, 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 1 के उप पैरा ( 2 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:- " ( 2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन सौ दिन पूरे होने के पश्चात् प्रवृत्त होंगे । "

New Delhi , the 7th May, 2002
G.S.R. 328 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 ofthe Bureau of Indian Standards Act. 1986 (63 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs) number G.S.R. 843 (E) dated the 9th November, 2001 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary. Part - II. Section - 3 . Sub- Section (i ) dated 9th November, 2001 relating to the Clinical thermometers (Quality Control ) Order . 2001
1 In the said notification for sub -paragraph (2 ) of paragraph 1. the following sub -paragraph shall be substituted . namely:---
"(2) They shall come into force on the expiry of 300 days from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette "
