सा.का. नि. 343( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) के उपखंड ( ii ) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 2000 की अधिसूचना सं ० सा. का. नि. 113 ( अ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, एतद्वारा निम्न तालिका के कालम ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित उन व्यक्तियों की संख्या विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिन्हें मुम्बई पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में उक्त तालिका के कालम ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित प्रत्येक हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए नियुक्त किया जाना है ।

G.S.R. 343 (E) .In pursuancesuance of provisions of sub -clause ( ii) of clause (c) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport ( Ports Wing), No. G.S.R. No.113 ( E) dated 14th Feb. , 2000 , the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table below to be appointed to represent each of the interests shown in column (2) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Mumbai .
